The Contact Center Employer of Choice organization is an experienced team of industry professionals, academics, and research analysts who have combined their talents to develop one of the most unique, international call center certification and employer branding programs available today.

Our mission is to elevate the status of contact centers and help create better working environments for employees.

The main stakeholders are: Jeff Doran – Founder and President, Contact Center Employer of Choice, Dr. Nina Cole – Associate Professor, Ryerson University & CCEOC Advisory Council Chair, Ted Hodge – Chief Research Analyst, CCEOC.

ADVISORY COUNCIL

The CCEOC Advisory Council plays an important role in the ongoing success of the program. It is their job to ensure that the integrity of the program is maintained. The Council meets regularly to discuss continuous improvement strategies, industry trends and methods for advancing the program.

Associates

CCEOC Associates work with the client to orchestrate the assessment phase of the program. This includes assembling the survey action team, coordinating data collection activities and presenting the Program Summary Report.
