Winners Announced for the 2014 Canadian Telecom Employer of Choice (CTEOC) Award

The "Canadian Telecom Employer of Choice" recognition award is a national program dedicated to identifying, recognizing and promoting the best employers in Canada's telecommunications industry.

The assessment included completing the application form, Company Profile (HR Inventory and Leadership Review) and Employee Commitment survey. Winners were recognized and presented with a trophy at The Canadian Telecom Summit in Toronto on June 17, 2014. They will also be listed in a special edition of the Telecom Review NA trade publication.

The three winning companies for 2014 are: Teksavvy Solutions, Xplornet Communications and TeraGo Networks. All three companies successfully completed the CTEOC assessment and scored a minimum of 75% overall to qualify for the award.

"These companies have worked hard to create great workplace cultures and preferred employer brands." says Jeff Doran, president of CCEOC Inc.
